- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the white chocolate and coconut oil. Stir until smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the Cheerios. Gently fold until well-coated, about 1–2 minutes.
- Chop the fresh strawberries and fold into the Cheerios mixture until evenly distributed, about 1–2 minutes.
- Grease silicone molds lightly. Spoon the Cheerios mixture into the molds, pressing down to compact.
- Place molds in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Once set, pop the cups out of the molds and serve.
