Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the white chocolate and coconut oil. Stir until smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add the Cheerios. Gently fold until well-coated, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Chop the fresh strawberries and fold into the Cheerios mixture until evenly distributed, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Grease silicone molds lightly. Spoon the Cheerios mixture into the molds, pressing down to compact.
  5. Place molds in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Once set, pop the cups out of the molds and serve.
