Step-by-Step Instructions for Turkey Club Sandwich
  1. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your toaster or oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast four slices of sourdough bread on a baking sheet for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Spread sun-dried tomato mayo on two slices of toasted bread, using about 2 tablespoons per slice.
  4. Layer turkey deli meat, bacon, avocado, and romaine lettuce on one slice of bread.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, and cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately with chips or salad.
