Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add 1 egg, 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of baking soda. Mix until combined and smooth.
  4. Gradually add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms.
  5. If dough seems too dry, add up to 2 tablespoons of milk and mix just until incorporated.
  6. Gently mix in 1 cup of white chocolate morsels and then fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries carefully.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
