- Slice the halloumi cheese into even pieces, about 1 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add the halloumi slices in a single layer, cooking them for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Spread a generous layer of sweet chili sauce across each wrap; place fresh vegetable slices in the center of the wrap.
- Carefully place the crispy halloumi slices on top of the fresh veggies.
- Roll the wrap tightly from one end, tucking in the sides as you go; slice in half diagonally for presentation.
