Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the halloumi cheese into even pieces, about 1 cm thick.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add the halloumi slices in a single layer, cooking them for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Spread a generous layer of sweet chili sauce across each wrap; place fresh vegetable slices in the center of the wrap.
  4. Carefully place the crispy halloumi slices on top of the fresh veggies.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly from one end, tucking in the sides as you go; slice in half diagonally for presentation.
