- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cream butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
