Step-by-Step Instructions for Louisiana Voodoo Fries
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Bake according to the package instructions for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to create a roux, stirring for about 2 minutes.
