  • 1 Cucumber (thinly sliced) Can substitute with radishes
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds For garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Keto Korean Beef
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Lower heat to medium, stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of erythritol, and 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine 1 thinly sliced cucumber, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Toss gently to mix.
