Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 pound of diced chicken breast to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 cups shredded cabbage, 1 cup grated carrots, and 3 chopped green onions. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until cabbage wilts.
  4. Pour in 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon ground ginger, mixing well and cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt, pepper, or soy sauce as needed.
  6. Remove from heat, serve hot in bowls, and garnish with optional toppings.
