- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) if keeping rice warm. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Lower the heat to medium, stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
