  • 1 cup Carrots shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Green Onions sliced thinly for garnish

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice white, brown, or cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil can substitute with olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) if keeping rice warm. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Lower the heat to medium, stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers and shredded carrots. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from heat. Serve beef and veggie mixture over cooked rice, topped with green onions and sesame oil.
