Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, chopped lemongrass, vegetable oil, black pepper, sugar, and lime juice.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a zip-lock bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C). Remove marinated chicken and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
