- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to roast the garlic evenly.
- Slice off about 1/4 inch from the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves and sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil with the top slightly open for steam to escape.
- Place the wrapped garlic in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness at the 25-minute mark; the cloves should be golden and soft.
