Step-by-Step Instructions for Raspberry Iced Tea Recipe
- Begin by boiling 4 cups of filtered water in a large pot over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add 4 Earl Grey tea bags and remove from heat. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags.
- While the tea is still warm, add 1 cup of fresh raspberries and 1/4 cup of honey to the pot. Mash raspberries gently to release juices and mix with honey.
- Allow the tea mixture to cool to room temperature. Once cool, squeeze the juice of 1 fresh lemon into the pot, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a pitcher, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to chill.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Raspberry Iced Tea over the ice. Garnish each glass with fresh raspberries and mint.
