- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Blend the large eggs, ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Prepare silicone molds in a baking pan.
- Fill the molds with the blended egg mixture about three-quarters full.
- Create a water bath by pouring hot water into the baking pan until halfway up the sides of the molds.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until set and not jiggly.
- Remove from oven and cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before popping them out.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
