Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine 8 ounces of feta cheese, 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Blend the mixture on high for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Carefully transfer the whipped feta mixture into a serving bowl. Gently fold in 1/4 cup of chopped pistachios and 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds, reserving some for garnish.
  3. Cover the dip with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, garnish with reserved pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
