- In a food processor, combine 8 ounces of feta cheese, 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Blend the mixture on high for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Carefully transfer the whipped feta mixture into a serving bowl. Gently fold in 1/4 cup of chopped pistachios and 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds, reserving some for garnish.
- Cover the dip with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, garnish with reserved pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
