  • 48 oz Pineapple Juice use fresh or 100% canned juice
  • 1 cup Pink Lemonade Mix or homemade with lemon juice and cranberry juice
For the Fizz
  • 2 liters Sprite (or 7UP) can substitute with club soda

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 48 oz of pineapple juice and add 1 cup of pink lemonade mix. Stir vigorously until dissolved.
  2. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Just before serving, gently pour in 2 liters of Sprite and stir lightly to combine.
  4. Pour the soda into prepared glasses filled with ice and garnish if desired.
