Step-by-Step Instructions for Pineapple Ginger Iced Tea
  1. Boil the water to around 175°F using a stovetop kettle or electric kettle. Remove from heat.
  2. Steep 2 ginger tea bags in a teapot with ¼ cup of hot water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Discard tea bags and add ¾ cup of pineapple juice to the steeped ginger tea, stirring well.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the iced tea mixture over the ice.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with a slice of fresh pineapple or a sprig of mint.
