- Warm 1 cup of milk until just warm to touch. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 teaspoons sugar and 2¼ teaspoons yeast. Let activate for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine 3 cups flour, 1 egg, ¼ cup melted butter, and ½ teaspoon salt. Knead until smooth for about 5-7 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Mix 2 cups sliced peaches with ¼ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Optionally add a tablespoon of flour if peaches are juicy.
- Roll the dough out to 12x18 inches, spread filling, roll tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
- Arrange in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
- Beat 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Add milk for desired consistency.
