  • 6 slices Bacon cooked until crispy, can use pre-cooked meats
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese freshly grated for best melt

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Thaw and roll out the puff pastry, then cut into 9 squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into the greased muffin tin, forming cups.
  4. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.
  5. In each pastry cup, layer crumbled bacon followed by shredded cheese.
  6. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour into pastry cups until halfway full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and egg is set.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
