Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 1 pack rolls (recommended: Kings Hawaiian)
  • 6 oz ham (thinly sliced) Feel free to swap this with turkey or roast chicken.
  • 5 oz salami (thinly sliced) Can be replaced with mortadella or prosciutto.
  • 5 oz pepperoni (thinly sliced) Consider turkey pepperoni for a lighter alternative.
  • 9 slices provolone cheese Mozzarella or American cheese works well too.
For the Flavor Boost
  • cup pepperoncini (sliced) Swap for jalapeños if you prefer more spice.
  • cup pickled hot cherry peppers (sliced) Roasted red peppers can be used for less heat.
  • ¼ cup salted butter (melted) Use olive oil or dairy-free butter as a healthier option.
