Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pork mince, French onion soup mix, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets, cut in half lengthwise, and spoon the filling along one edge. Roll and seal the edges.
- Beat together egg and milk, then brush this mixture over the tops of each assembled roll.
- Bake the rolls on the prepared tray for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
