Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Unroll the pre-made croissant dough and keep in triangle shape. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place ham slices on each triangle of dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Roll the dough starting from the wider end, tucking edges as you go to seal.
  4. Whisk together egg and water for the egg wash. Brush over croissants.
  5. Place croissants in air fryer basket without touching. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness at 8 minutes, cooking longer if necessary. Let cool before serving.
