- Unroll the pre-made croissant dough and keep in triangle shape. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place ham slices on each triangle of dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll the dough starting from the wider end, tucking edges as you go to seal.
- Whisk together egg and water for the egg wash. Brush over croissants.
- Place croissants in air fryer basket without touching. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Check for doneness at 8 minutes, cooking longer if necessary. Let cool before serving.
