Method
 

Preparation

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second increments. Mix in softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until creamy.
  4. Spoon the chocolate cream cheese mixture over the oats and spread evenly. Return to the fridge for another hour.
  5. Serve topped with crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, or additional lemon wedges.
