  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and combine kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder in a bowl. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the seasoning.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin side down in the fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs skin side up and continue cooking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until crispy and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
