- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the jalapenos for 25-30 minutes.
- Layer cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on one slice of bread.
- Cut the baked jalapenos into pieces and distribute over the cheese.
- Layer bacon and optional cilantro on the top, then close the sandwich.
- Butter the outsides and grill in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese!
