Method
 

Instructions

  5. Layer cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on one slice of bread.
  6. Cut the baked jalapenos into pieces and distribute over the cheese.
  7. Layer bacon and optional cilantro on the top, then close the sandwich.
  8. Butter the outsides and grill in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown.
