Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers to the bowl, gently folding until coated.
  3. Take your sub rolls and layer salami, pepperoni, and turkey evenly, then add provolone cheese.
  4. Preheat your oven's broiler to high. Broil the sandwiches for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Remove and add tomato slices on top, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the salad mixture onto each sandwich and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Close the sandwiches, cut in half, and serve immediately.
