  • 2 large Large Eggs

  • 1 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 0.5 cups Light Brown Sugar (packed)
Glaze Ingredients
  • 0.5 cups Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt optional
  • 1 tablespoon Milk or Cream to adjust consistency
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter and buttermilk, then add to dry ingredients with eggs. Knead until smooth.
  2. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 2 to 2.5 hours until doubled in size.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, then add marmalade and brown sugar evenly.
  4. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 pieces, and arrange in a baking pan.
  5. Cover and let the rolls rise for about 1 hour until nearly doubled in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Whisk orange juice, vanilla, confectioners’ sugar, and zest to make glaze. Adjust consistency if needed.
  8. Allow rolls to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
