  1. Begin by peeling 2 to 3 very ripe bananas and mashing them in a large mixing bowl until smooth with a few lumps for texture.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas. Stir until a soft batter forms.
  3. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it reaches approximately 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully scoop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Gently flip each fritter and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
