For the Matcha Layer
  • 1-2 teaspoons Matcha Powder Ceremonial-grade for best flavor
  • 2-3 tablespoons Water To dissolve matcha powder
For Sweetness
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Maple syrup for a vegan option
  • a pinch Sea Salt To enhance flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by peeling, pitting, and chopping one fresh mango into small chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the prepared mango chunks with ½ cup of almond milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Whisk together 2-3 tablespoons of water with 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder until fully dissolved.
  4. Layer a glass with ice cubes on top of the mango puree and pour in the remaining almond milk.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with sea salt before stirring gently.
