  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
For Serving
  • 4 cups Cooked White Rice preferably jasmine or short-grain rice
  • 2 green onions Sliced for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and allow it to shimmer.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes. Add the cubed pork to the hot skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set it aside to rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add a splash of sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes in the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the browned pork to the skillet and toss it in the sauce. Allow to simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  7. Prepare the cooked white rice in serving bowls, then top with the honey garlic pork mixture.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
