Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, unflavored protein powder, and salt.
  3. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
  5. Flatten each ball and place about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, then seal it well.
  6. If desired, whisk an egg and brush the tops; sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  7. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
