- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking dish with butter.
- Layer phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter, for 6 sheets.
- Whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo layer and top with another buttered phyllo sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and filling is set.
- Cool for 10 minutes and drizzle honey before serving.
