Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be added for more intensity.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Can use soy sauce mixed with apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Mozzarella is a great alternative.
For the Bombs
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade dough can be substituted.
  • 2 tbsp Butter For brushing.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic For garlic butter topping.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Replace with other hard cheeses if needed.
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley For garnishing.

Method
 

Direction
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned (6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Unroll the refrigerated biscuit dough, roll each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over filling and seal.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this on top of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
