- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned (6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Unroll the refrigerated biscuit dough, roll each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over filling and seal.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this on top of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
