Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain.
  2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and toss with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown (4-6 minutes).
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat, add more butter, and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes, then gradually stir in Parmesan cheese.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, add drained pasta, and mix well. Adjust creaminess with reserved pasta water and warm for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve over pasta garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
