Step-by-Step Instructions for Garbage Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes. Stir in ketchup and barbecue sauce, simmering for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x15 inches and 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Carefully roll the dough from one edge, sealing the ends by pinching to prevent leakage.
  6. Melt a tablespoon of butter and mix in garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the rolled Garbage Bread.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
