Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler over medium-low heat, melt unsalted butter and chopped white chocolate bars, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and pure vanilla extract together until pale and frothy.
  4. Pour the melted butter and chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisk until fully blended.
  5. Sift all-purpose flour and salt over the wet ingredients and fold in gently until just combined.
  6. Pulse freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder and fold into the brownie batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-31 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before lifting out using the parchment overhang.
  9. Combine powdered sugar, whole milk, and processed strawberries for icing until smooth and spreadable.
  10. Spread the icing over the cooled brownies and allow it to set for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
