Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing 2 cups of fresh strawberries, removing the stems, and placing them in a blender. Add 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of glucomannan and 1 scoop of collagen (if using) into the mixture. Blend for an additional 15-20 seconds until incorporated.
  3. Gradually add about 2 cups of ice to the blender, one cup at a time, blending after each addition until you achieve a smooth, slushy consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon or a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately.
