  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour with 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Stir to evenly distribute.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick, non-sticky dough forms. Knead gently for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle flour on a countertop, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, roll into ropes and cut into 1-inch segments.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with oil, arrange pretzel bites in a single layer. Brush with melted butter and air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes.
