Steak Marinade

Method
 

Marination and Preparation
  1. Marinate the steak by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the sirloin and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and dried oregano. Chill in the fridge.
  3. Whisk together honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano for the vinaigrette. Set aside.
Cooking and Assembly
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated sirloin steak for 4-5 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Assemble the bowl with a base of cooked grains, topped with sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and optional toppings. Drizzle with tzatziki and vinaigrette.
