Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest, juice, and vanilla.
- Fold in the flour mixture until just combined and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool the brownies in the pan on a wire rack.
Glazing and Serving
- Mix powdered sugar with additional lemon juice and zest until smooth. Pour glaze over cooled brownies.
- Let the glaze set for at least 30 minutes, then slice into squares and serve.
