Directions

  3. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Cut in cold unsalted butter until resembling coarse crumbs.
  4. Pour the cherry mixture into the chilled pie crust, leaving any excess liquid behind. Sprinkle crumble topping over the cherries.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
