Preparation
  1. Begin by draining a can of high-quality tuna and placing it in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to break up the tuna gently, ensuring there are no large chunks. Add in creamy mayonnaise, diced celery for crunch, diced onion for flavor, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Lay out a clean cutting board or surface to assemble your Tuna Salad Nori Wraps. Take a nori sheet and place it flat, shiny side down.
