  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Tacos
  • 8 small Flour Tortillas can be low-carb or gluten-free
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  2. Take the small flour tortillas and lay them flat. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned chicken mixture evenly on the back.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of avocado oil. Heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the tortillas, chicken side down, into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, pressing lightly with a spatula.
  5. Flip the tortillas to crisp the other side for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the tacos and top with chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, grated parmesan, and bacon bits.
  7. Fold each taco in half carefully and serve immediately.
