  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped, optional but recommended.
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning Optional.
For Topping
  • 1 slices Lemon Slices For garnishing.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the stuffing ingredients until just combined.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets by cutting a deep slit into the thickest part to create pockets.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket with the filling, secure if necessary, and place seam side up in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until opaque and flaky; internal temperature should be 125°F (52°C).
  6. Optionally, broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a golden topping.
  7. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with lemon slices.
