Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take a large bowl and add a generous layer of chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle chopped red onion over the lettuce layer.
  4. Place diced fresh tomatoes and thawed frozen peas on top of the onions.
  5. Slice hard-boiled eggs and position them vertically across the top of the salad.
  6. Spread the prepared dressing generously over the entire top layer of the salad.
  7. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
