  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure extract for flavor

  1. Wash and peel the fresh peaches, then chop them into small pieces, or gather frozen peaches.
  2. Combine the chopped peaches with yogurt and almond milk in a blender. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until fully incorporated and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if needed, blending again to combine.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with peach slices or chia seeds if desired.
