Preparation Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop cooking process.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, salami, ham, provolone, tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
