- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Using your hands, take a portion of the chicken mixture and roll it into oval-shaped koftas, about 2-3 inches long.
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature of around 400°F (200°C). Brush the grates with olive oil.
