Frosting
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows or regular marshmallows halved

Method
 

Brownies
  1. Whisk together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Frosting

  2. Spread frosting over cooled brownies, creating a thick layer.
