- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in granulated sugar, whisk in eggs and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Halve fresh strawberries and arrange them evenly on top of the cooled brownies.
- Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a bowl, heat until melted and smooth to make ganache.
- Pour ganache over strawberries, spreading evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Lift the brownies out using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.
