Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in granulated sugar, whisk in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Halve fresh strawberries and arrange them evenly on top of the cooled brownies.
  6. Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a bowl, heat until melted and smooth to make ganache.
  7. Pour ganache over strawberries, spreading evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. Lift the brownies out using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.
