- Preheat the oven to low broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the submarine rolls lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Whisk until blended.

- Chop together pulled pork, sliced ham, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese, then stir in yellow mustard.
- Scoop about one cup of filling mixture into each roll and gently press to hold together.
